REGISTRATION NOTICE

Wednesday -AUGUST 1, 2001 6:00 PM — 9:00 PM

The following fees will be due at time of registration:

(House & Travel Players)

Registration / Tryout Fee per player $100.00

Deposit towards Season Fee (House & Travel players)*** $350.00 TOTAL AMOUNT DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION $450.00

(Clinic Players)

Registration / September Readiness Fee per player $100.00

Deposit towards Season Fee (Clinic players) *** $150.00 TOTAL AMOUNT DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION $250.00 *** Season Fee will be determined prior to and available at Registration

2000-2001 Season Fee Payments- Any payments owed from the 2000 — 2001 season must be paid prior to registration for the 2001 — 2002 season in August. All players with balances due will not be allowed to register until unless full payment for prior year is made. Additionally, SCYH will not approve any Player releases if 2000 — 2001 Season Fees are owed.

House and Travel Team Tryouts- Tryouts for the House and Travel Teams are scheduled to begin Saturday August 25^th and Sunday August 26^th. Exact time will be available at registration.

Anyone interested in coaching a Travel Team should submit a letter of qualification to Bill Silengo by June 15, 2001. Please indicate what level of team you would interested in and prior Ice Hockey coaching and teaching. Mail to SCYH PO Box 424 Milford, CT 06460 attn: Bill Silengo

Anyone interested in Peewee House Coordinator position for SCYH should submit a letter of qualification to SCYH Board of Directors, P. O. Box 424, Milford, CT 06460. Board of Directors The SCYH Board of Directors meets at the Margaret Egan Center in Milford, on the first Wednesday of every month. We welcome your participation, and ask that you notify the Board (in writing or via the hotline) one week in advance of your intent to address the Board of Directors with regard to any particular issue.
